Modular Building Façade

Finally got around to finishing this environment!
Was inspired by the interesting architecture of my school and thought I'd make it into a modular façade to build my own environment. It was a pretty challenging process initially but a great opportunity to learn how to use trimsheets and improve by Substance Designer skills!

Main environment
Assembled with the modular pieces using a variety of array modifiers and instancing.

Overview of the modular pieces I made for this project. All concrete models are textured using a single trimsheet generated in Substance Designer.

Brick material beauty render
I used a combination of substance designer-based textures and in-editor procedural texturing to randomize the brick color and add additional dynamic grunge and leakage. The final renders use a custom parallax-mapping shader.
